//Sizing and Materials//

All sizes are unisex. For sweatshirt and hoodies, we recommend 1 size larger for men and for lady looking for a more oversized fit. Please refer to our size chart before purchase.

T-shirts: 100% Cotton (Fabric weight: 250 g)

Sweatshirts: 50% Cotton, 50% Polyesters

Hoodies: 50% Cotton, 50% Polyesters

Made from specially spun fibers that make very strong and smooth fabric, perfect for printing. Polyester fibers are extremely strong, resistant to most chemicals, stretching and shrinking.

//Ordering Process//

1. Please choose the color and size of the clothes when placing an order.

2. After placing an order, please send us one to two clear photos of your pet through email. Please note the following:

-embroidery position of the pet portrait

-pet name and font style (optional)

3. Send us the picture of your pet through email at contactus.petcuddle@gmail.com.

4. We will send the embroidery version of your pet to you to check if you like the drawing. If you want any adjustments that is still possible :) (maximum 2 revisions)

5. We will make and send out the pet shirt to you.

//Shipping and Returns//

Typically, you can expect to receive your order within 2 weeks, including shipping time. Please note that our shirts require 8-12 days for production due to the intricate embroidery process.

Before making a purchase, we kindly request that you thoroughly review our size chart. It is essential to ensure the accurate selection of the appropriate size, as we are unable to accept responsibility for sizing errors. Please note that we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for incorrect size choices.

Regrettably, we do not provide refund, return, or exchange services due to the product customization. Therefore, we strongly recommend making an informed decision prior to finalizing your purchase.

Wash items inside out in cold water, do not bleach, do not dry clean, do not iron directly on the design.
