Shipping Policy
DELIVERY
Order will be delivered by SF Express and other courier companies in 3 - 5 Working days.
Free shipping for orders over HKD$500 (except Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Park Lane and outlying islands, excluding additional fees such as stairs and gate fees).
If the order is less than HKD$500 for a single purchase, HKD$50 of the standard shipping fee will be charged when placing the order*.
*Notes:
- If the delivery address needs to go up and down stairs, a stair fee of HK$50 will be charged for each floor. In order not to affect the delivery time, please notify us in advance if the delivery address needs to go up and down stairs.
- If there is an entry fee at the nearest parking location near the delivery location, the driver will charge you the fee.
- Please make sure that there is someone in the delivery address to receive the goods, or to receive the goods at the management office. If the goods are not delivered within the specified time, the customer will be notified and re-arrangements will be made, and an administrative fee of HK$80 will be charged.
In case of any disputes, the company reserves the right of final decision.
