2. Price and Shipping
a. Selling prices, shipping and other payments will be determined as set out on the website on the day you place your order online or by phone and confirm that the order is placed. PET CUDDLE will list all charges on the invoice, and you have agreed to the price by completing the payment. Orders in Hong Kong do not include any taxes.
b. Delivery service may not be available in all regions. We are sorry that we are unable to provide delivery services to some remote areas in Hong Kong (such as outlying islands) and overseas areas.
c. All prices are in Hong Kong dollars.
d. If you want to change the selected delivery date or delivery address after placing the order, please be sure to send an email to contactus.petcuddle@gmail.com three working days before the delivery date (before 3pm), otherwise, we will It may not be possible to change the delivery date for you or have the opportunity to charge you for additional costs incurred by us as a result of delayed notification of the change of delivery date. 3. Confirm acceptance of order

c. If PET CUDDLE is unable to accept your order, we will notify you via the email address you provided when registering on this website or by phone within three working days after placing the order. If the customer has paid and the order is cancelled, PET CUDDLE will refund the paid amount to the same credit card account or bank account within 14 days from the date of cancellation of the order, depending on which payment method you used to pay at that time.
d. If we do not receive an email from PET CUDDLE within three working days after confirming the order or notify by phone that the order has been cancelled, it means that we have accepted the order.
e. Products purchased on this website can only be delivered in Hong Kong.

4. Payment

b. PET CUDDLE reserves the right to correct price errors caused by negligence. In the event of a price error, we will notify you. You can choose to continue trading at the correct price or cancel the order at no cost. PET CUDDLE will refund the paid amount to the same credit card account or bank account within 14 days from the cancellation date, depending on which payment method you used at that time.
c. You can pay through the Shopify e-commerce platform and platforms provided by its e-payment partners or by bank transfer.
d. You hereby represent and warrant that you are the legal cardholder or authorized user of the credit card or bank account for the payment of the merchandise. You are solely responsible for notifying the Bank of any changes to your records or any loss, theft or unauthorised use of your credit card.

5. Ownership and Risk
a. Ownership of the merchandise passes to you upon receipt of full payment from the customer by PET CUDDLE or when the merchandise leaves our warehouse, whichever is later.
b. When the goods are delivered to your designated location or after you have picked them up, you shall bear the risk of losing the goods.

c. PET CUDDLE will strive to make you receive the goods within the delivery time notified by the company. 7. Exchange Policy

c. Any recycled goods must keep the packaging intact and neat, otherwise PET CUDDLE reserves the right to refuse to recycle the product or exchange it.
